                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                  RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM LUKE JACKSON AND SHIRLEY A.
                  JACKSON, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. RW-5-96,
                  NORTH CHAMBERLAIN AVENUE, TRACT NO. 23, FOR A
                  CONSIDERATION OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS
                  ($200.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way from Luke Jackson and Shirley A.
       Jackson, relative to Contract No. RW-5-96, North Chamberlain
       Avenue, Tract No. 23, for a consideration of $200.00.
